Wynwood has hits and misses. And Sparrow Italia (which has temporarily been renamed Sparrow Italia until Labor Day) is a full fledged hit. Not only is it chic - I mean from the moment Sparrow opened its doors, it was just that, However, fast forward, to keep Miamians intrigued, they saved locals and tourists alike the flight to Italy.
Aside from its elevated menu, it’s an impeccably designed space with food to match. It’s pretty damn good. And ever since I left, I have been dreaming of that shallot vinaigrette and the Rocher desert. What to expect? Well, freshness is their priority as are seasonal ingredients that are incorporated into their fresh pastas, handmade pizzas, reimagined Italian favorites, and seafood dishes.
Don’t forget to make it over before Labor Day before the Amalfi experience regresses back to Sparrow Italia. Lastly, you are welcome.
