We’re taking The Leftovers on a little field trip to West Palm Beach, and we have two VIP tickets to give away so you can join us. Taste of West Palm Beach is happening at CityPlace on Friday, October 16, with more than 30 restaurants serving tastings throughout the evening. We’ll have a table there, too, so come say hello between bites. (Keep reading for how to enter.)
CityPlace and Related Ross are expanding the former Taste of CityPlace into Taste of West Palm Beach, presented by DoorDash. The lineup has plenty to get excited about: estiatorio Milos, Moody Tongue Sushi, Harry’s, Felice, Ela Curry & Cocktails, Eataly, Malka, Hive Bakery & Café, and more. It’s a good opportunity to try a bunch of West Palm restaurants in one night, especially if you’ve been meaning to get up there and keep putting it off.
You’ll also get a first taste of London’s Los Mochis, which is sending its team over from the UK ahead of its first U.S. opening at Phillips Point in West Palm Beach in 2027. The London restaurant is sending its team over from the UK to give festival guests a preview ahead of its first U.S. opening at Phillips Point in West Palm Beach in 2027. Getting to try a restaurant before it opens is a pretty good reason to make the trip.
Then there’s chef Harold Moore from New York’s Café Commerce, who’s participating with a West Palm Beach winter pop-up in the works. Rumor has it his cakes will make their South Florida debut at the festival.
Ferrari and Eataly are also teaming up for a “60-second pit stop to Italy” as part of the VIP programming. And yes, there will be actual Ferraris. Every hour, Eataly servers will come out of the kitchen in custom F1-inspired suits, carrying trays shaped like sections of a racetrack. They’ll weave through the car displays and serve guests a different course each hour. It sounds like a fun excuse to hang out around Ferraris while someone brings you Italian food.
Miami’s Formula 1 Grand Prix will have a pop-up, too, alongside live entertainment and culinary demonstrations throughout CityPlace.
General admission is $75 and includes tastings from all participating restaurants, starting at 6 p.m. VIP is $130 and gets you an extra hour of eating, with entry at 5 p.m., plus access to the DoorDash VIP Lounge, two complimentary beverages, a gift bag, and the premium food experiences. All ticket proceeds benefit the Palm Beach County Food Bank, so your night of eating will also help feed people throughout the county.
For anyone coming up from Miami, Brightline makes this an easy outing. CityPlace is a short walk from the West Palm Beach station, and skipping Friday traffic on I-95 is a good reason to take the train. Book around your admission time and check your return options before heading up.
Plus, we have two VIP tickets to give away! Comment below why you’re excited to go visit Palm Beach and be entered to win.
We’re excited to meet some of you in person. Stop by The Leftovers table, tell us what you’ve tried, and give us your West Palm recommendations. We’ll have plenty to talk about.
