It's pretty fascinating how something so simple with minimal ingredients can be so perfectly balanced - and moan worthy for that matter. Enter Abbale TelAvivian Kitchen where they are making the Middle East’s culinary excellence shine bright in our backyard(s). With a location in Aventura and on Miami Beach, it’s strategically chopped, offering the perfect crunch and plated on an oval shaped dish. This ‘Israeli Salad’ is simply chopped tomatoes and Persian cucumbers with an egg-sized dollop of Tahini on top. Sprinkled with sumac - it must be the robust flavors of sesame paired with the crunch of the chopped vegetables, lots of lemon, EVOO and salt that take you on a one way ticket to Tel Aviv without the flight.
